Swoosh!

Another picture from the last studio shoot.  I scanned in the negative and edited last night...it's a daunting task keeping your negatives clean and dust free.  I probably spent an hour last night just cleaning up the dust in photoshop.

Here's a couple of pics from my black and white, medium format film, studio shoot...whew!  That's a mouthful.  These were shot for my Black and White Portrait/Fashion class.  They were shot with film and scanned with my Epson V500 (nice scanner).  It took me a while to edit them as they were covered with dust...I need to keep my negatives cleaner!  If I remember correctly, I received an "A" on these...yay!  

Wow...last entry was September 22!  Sorry about that...been quite, quite busy these past few months.  Got a new job...lovin it!  Not in the photography field, but my co-workers are awesome and no corporate bullshit that I've noticed...(at least, not yet).  But never fear, I'm still photographing...as a matter of fact, here's a few from one of my assignments.  Some pics from black and white film will be posted in a few days as soon as I can scan them in.   b b b b

When asked to do a family photoshoot, I gotta admit I was a bit nervous. Not only do I have to make one person look good, I now have to make everybody look good...and all at the same time!
