The Bolus Family

This was a recent photoshoot with Michael and Kristin Bolus and their newborn baby Andre whose just 3 months old.  We decided to shoot at the Pasadena City Hall since they remodeled it and it looks pretty nice.  This was on a weekend, so of course when we got there, there was a huge wedding reception in the courtyard.  No problem...we perused around the reception and shot in the hallways and out in front.  Gotta say, little Andre held up pretty well..I think I got tired before he did!   ...

While waiting for the redesigned site, here's a few pics of Downtown Pasadena at night.  I shot these after I shot an event at the Pasadena Playhouse for an organization called WriteGirl (more on that to come once I get those photos edited).

Facelift

It that time to renew, refresh, and rejuvenate the look of my site (and this blog).  It won't be that drastic of a change but cleaner and nicer.  Stay tuned for the unveiling.

Life in the Aquarium

Recently, the Long Beach Aquarium held a Photographer's Night...a night where only photographers and their equipment are allowed in after hours to shoot to their heart's content.  Naturally, I went along with a few photography enthusiasts from work.   It was a little difficult with shooting with their thick curved glass on some of the exhibits but I managed to capture a few good ones:
