What’s 4th of July without some fireworks?

I journeyed over to the Rose Bowl for some fireworks festivities. But before I went there, I drove out to the coast to see if there will be any fireworks there. The coast was looking a little overcast and the marine layer looks to be coming in…so I headed over to Santa Monica. There was a makeshift memorial setup for the American Soldiers that have fallen in Bush’s “War on Terror. No comment from me about this as I’m sure there have been plenty that’s been said.

    The firework pictures look like they’re from a movie. I really like the third picture down showcasing the crosses. The colors and textures are so vivid.
