What fascinates me about photography are the black and white photographs...and what fascinates me even more are the black and white photographs made with film.  Digital is far too easy...you take 1,000 shots, delete 999, and keep that 1 perfect one that you shot accidentally all within 5 minutes.  But with film, there's a lot more of a thought process going into it.  You have a 24-frame roll of film, it's the last roll you have, the light is going cuz the sun is setting and you need to make quic...

I journeyed over to the Rose Bowl for some fireworks festivities. But before I went there, I drove out to the coast to see if there will be any fireworks there.
